All merchandise sold is non-returnable.

To be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise must be returned in its original condition (unwashed, unworn and in a brand new and saleable condition). Requests for exchanges will be rejected if any of these criteria are not met.

We will allow exchanges ONLY when merchandise delivered is:

Defective

A defective item is defined as an item with manufacturing defects at the point of receipt. Kindly email our Customer Service Team at <email address> within 7 days from the order dispatch date (14 days for international orders), with your original invoice number, a clear snapshot and description of the defect. Requests for exchanges will not be entertained after the stipulated period.

As items are mass manufactured, measurements given may vary from actual product by 0.5” – 1”. Colours of items may appear different across varied screen resolutions and perceptions. Such discrepancies will not be deemed as defects.

Minor defects such as loose threads, scratches or slight stains which are unnoticeable under normal lighting, slight asymmetry or misalignment of seams and defects that do not affect the general appearance of the apparels when worn will not be considered as defects and are therefore not eligible for exchange.

Incorrect

If you have received an item that differs from your order, kindly email us at <email address> within 7 days from the order dispatch date (14 days for international orders), with a clear snapshot of the mailing envelope and incorrect item.

 

Exchanges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Upon receiving your request for an exchange, our Customer Service Team will assess the situation/defects before advising on the next step of the exchange.

1. Upon approval for exchange, the defective/incorrect merchandise has to be sent back to NFJ/Future Boutique within 3 working days.

2. Upon receipt, our Customer Service Team will assess the alleged defect*/incorrect item and arrange for a replacement. If the item is out of stock at the time of the exchange, you may opt for an exchange for a different item of lower or same price, or opt for store credits.

 

*If the alleged defect is found not to be a manufacturing defect upon assessment, NFJ/Future Boutique reserves the right to cancel the exchange and will not be liable for any postage costs incurred.
